Once you're ready to begin, I'll create a training schedule designed specifically for you. To help you feel confident in your decision, I offer a complimentary session so you can experience firsthand how RawPT is different—a place where you'll feel comfortable and supported from day one.

Ongoing Support

Your journey doesn't end after our sessions. I'll check in regularly to ensure you're feeling good about your progress and comfortable with your training. Your success and wellbeing are my top priorities—every step of the way.

Absolutely! At RawFit, training is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender or injuries. Each session is personalised to your needs, ensuring a safe and effective experience tailored for you.

-What Are the Benefits of Training?

Training isn't just about looking good—

it's about feeling your best, inside and

out. The benefits go far beyond the physical, from weight loss and strength gains to improved mental health, self-esteem, and confidence. Plus, it's a fun

and rewarding way to stay healthy and build a lifestyle you can enjoy for the

long term.

-Where are you located?

The studio is located in Brighton LeSands. If you prefer to train at home, I'm happy

to bring the workout to you!

-How Do You Maintain Gym Cleanliness?

Cleanliness is a top priority. After every session, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to ensure a safe, hygienic space for every client. You

can focus on your workout knowing

everything is kept in pristine condition.

-What happens if I can't make it to a session?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

You can cancel without charge if you do

so at least 12 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be billable, as this prevents other clients from booking that time slot.
